SENIOR'S 1:00 PM CLASS - 50+ (LIVE CLASS)
FROM 1:00 P.M. TO 2:30 P.M. - Beginning Monday, September 18, 2023
Parkside Centre - YMCA Building, 140 Durham St., Sudbury
Line dance experience required - at least six months or more
This class will remain at a Beginner level (and possibly some High Beginner) at all times and will progress much slower than other classes that Carol conducts. Most seniors are looking for an activity to challenge their brain and memory, as well as keeping active.
Please read "Information" below, and if you choose - Basic Line Dance Steps and Terminology. The terminology of the steps will be the biggest hurdle to overcome. Once you learn the name of the step and what to do with your feet, you are 80% there! You can do it!
Cost is $7 per lesson, per person, pay as you go (if you don't attend, you don't pay). You may leave at any time you wish. Everyone's stamina is different.
